Menopause Sucks

No matter how gentle I want to say that,
the reality is Menopause means:

HOT FLASHES

A hot flash is a feeling of warmth, sometimes associated with flushing that spreads over the body and sometimes followed by perspiration.

NIGHT SWEATS

Night sweats occur when blood vessels expand, causing increased blood flow, and then contract. Night sweats are drenching sweats that soak clothes and bedding and disturb sleep.

WEIGHT GAIN

The hormonal changes of menopause might make you more likely to gain weight around your abdomen than around your hips and thighs.

OSTEOPOROSIS

Osteoporosis causes bones to become weak and brittle — so brittle that a fall or even mild stresses such as bending over or coughing can cause a fracture.

As a personal trainer and nutrition coach I know how Menopause affects women

If I had a dollar for every time when my clients told me “Alina, I want to lose the belly that I have gained in menopause” or “I want to be tone because my skin jiggles” – I would be able to buy a bicycle.

So, yes, I have heard, and I have seen the effects of menopause, that’s why I work with ladies who are in this time of their life.

On the other hand, when I was young and my mom was in menopause I saw her mood swings; she was nervous, calm, like a storm or like a summer rain – all in half an hour. And I was thinking how is this possible? Later on, when she did a bone density test and she discovered that she had osteopenia I was freaking out.

That was the moment when I thought “How can I improve my life when I go into Menopause?”

When I started reading about
menopause I found out:

Hot flashes, a common symptom of the

menopausal transition,

are uncomfortable and can last for many years

Menopause impacts human brain structure, connectivity, energy metabolism deposition

and cognitive process

Sleep deteriorates with age and the transition to menopause

due to hormones fluctuation

The amount of muscle tissue and muscle strength tend to decrease

by 10 to 15%

Osteoporosis can affect women during menopause increasing the

risk of fractures

But there is hope to...

Conquer Menopause

I have starting by paying attention to what I learnt and I can say – I  conquered the Menopause by taking care of three elements

Nutrition
Exercise
Mindset

This allowed me to have the courage enough to participate in a Sport Model and Bikini Model competition for the first time in my life being at 50!

And my motto is

If I could, you can also do it!

Am I hearing you asking
“but how?”

I am here to help you! I am here to share with you my experience and the steps that I took. I prepared a fantastic structured and all-in-one program to make the Menopause your friend. The good news is that your effort is somewhere from 20 to 30 minutes per day for one month having in mind three pillars: NUTRITION, EXERCISE and MINDSET

I said “Structured” – because I have created an entire flow, a path to be followed; the steps that must be taken are in a certain order allowing you to start as a beginner but to  evolve to something more challenging.

This is “All-in-one” because I’m giving you both the PATH and the TOOLS.

One thing I cannot give you: determination. If you don’t want to do something for yourself during Menopause, that’s it. If you want to wake up in the morning smiling, if you don’t want to be afraid of what to eat or if you want to be proud of how you look, you can follow this program.

What is this program doing

The program needs up to 30 minutes daily of your time. I know you want to be healthy, to have a positive attitude every day, to keep the hot flashes away or other menopause symptoms, and to enjoy life. That’s why 30 minutes daily can be enough.

This program is designed as a virtual training program where I put together all my knowledge and practices for you. I have prepared for you coaching sessions and workout sessions, as described below:

1. Coaching

All my best tips, tricks, and success-practices about nutrition, exercise, posture, etc.

–  Have you heard about the “miraculous” diet of 1,200 calories? SO MANY women try to lose weight by following this “diet”. Is this a myth? YOU will find out the answer during the coaching sessions.

– Is the Keto diet the perfect diet? It is for everyone? I will explain “behind the scenes” of this “diet”

– Have you ever tried to restrain yourself from eating something wishing to lose weight? Is it possible to eat what you like but not gain weight? I will share the tips for keeping you weight under control even if the hormones in your body are going crazy (I know it should be an idiom here but I can’t find it now)

– Do you know that as we age our posture changes and most of us will become shorter by a couple of inches? There are a few things that we can do to avoid that, and I will reveal them to you.

– You all love smoothies but do you know how many calories are in a smoothie? Avoid them? Love them? I will explain if we need to avoid or love them.

2. Strength Workout

All of the information you need to improve your strength and stamina

– Do you know that every year we lose muscles?  However, we can preserve the muscles and I will demonstrate how to keep your muscles active. I am sure you still want to wear a two-piece bathing suit because your muscles will look toned!

– Have you heard about Kegel exercises? It is a way of strengthening your pelvic floor. I will show you  the best exercises for doing this

– Have you noticed women with flabby arms? I will share the tips for helping you to have toned arms

– Have you surprised yourself hardly breathing while you take the stairs? It could be your overall stamina that needs to be improved? I will help you to enjoy taking stairs, walking in the park, or walking into the mall without need to take a rest.

3. Flexibility/
Mobility Workout

We lose flexibility throughout the years.

– Do you know that less muscle means greater weakness and less mobility, both of which may increase your risk of falls and fractures? I want you to keep your flexibility for a long time, that’s why I will show you what exercises work the best

– Do you know that picking up things from a high shelf can become a problem over the years, since the shoulder can become locked? Because this means a decrease in mobility, I will provide you the best workout to keep your joints active

– Do you know that we become less upright as we age? I will explain how to keep a nice posture over the years.

You know what?

I want to add something else to my offer. I want to give you three bonuses (journal, book, usda book?).

01.

I created for you an e-journal in pdf format, that you can download and fill out every day to track your progress. I did this to make it as simple as possible for you to record your progress, including exercise and food and water intake. Keeping daily records will help you recognize if your hot flashes are linked with certain foods, or how many minutes you need to workout daily to keep them under control.

Do you think you drink enough water or liquids? Don’t forget that water is so important for hydrating the skin, to maintain a healthy, youthful glow for as long as we can. Even if we are in the menopause we still want to glow!

02.

Do you need more inspiration for cooking delicious and healthy meals?

This ebook will give you 15 delicious recipes like broccoli frittata, brown rice tabbouleh or baked potato salad!

Also, the ebook is a guide for what to cook without being expensive or time consuming.

03.

A while ago, I wrote this e-book for women who are looking to lose weight but don’t know how to start. My advice gathered in this book offers another view for eating habits. I emphasize that I don’t believe in diets, but in long term, sustainable changes.

These changes can be implemented every day until we achieve balance between what we eat and drink, how we exercise and how we enjoy life. Balance is the key to success.

(The bonuses can be downloaded from your account as soon as you complete the purchase)
This 30-days program is your help for dealing with hot flashes, weight gain and other symptoms of menopause, in a simple and natural way. 20 to 30 minutes daily for 30 days is all you need.
